Martha Alden Dietz and Robert Gardner Loring were married on Aug. 20 at Melvin Village Community Church in Melvin Village, N.H. The Reverend Colin L. Leitch officiated. A reception was held immediately following the ceremony at the Bald Peak Colony Club. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs David F. Dietz of Boston and Mirror Lake, NH, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Loring of Duxbury.
Michele Piazza served as maid of honor and Shore Gregory was the best man. The bride and bridegroom graduated in 2002, from Middlesex School in Concord, Mass. Martha, a 2006 graduate of Tufts University, is currently enrolled in the nurse practitioner program at the Institute of Health Professions of Massachusetts General Hospital. Gardner, a 2006 graduate of Hobart College, is farm manager for the Island Creek Shellfish Farm in Duxbury. After a wedding trip to Fiji, the couple resides in Boston. |
