12:49 p.m.  911 call for dog struck on road on St. George Street.  Animal control notified.  Owner reported dog appears okay.

6:04 p.m. Report of kids skateboarding in street on Depot Street.  Area search negative.

Friday Jan. 7

8:15 p.m.  Caller on Tanglewood Trail reported water leak.  On call Water Department personnel notified. 

8:55 p.m.  Unattended motor vehicle parked on Mayflower Street at town forest.

Saturday Jan. 8

1:03 a.m.  Caller on East Street reported loud noises coming from inside house.  All secure.

4:15 p.m.  Caller reported hearing gun shots in area of Cordwood Path.  Officer hears shots but unable to locate.

8:09 p.m.  State police reported possible motor vehicle accident  on Route 3 northbound between exits 10 and 11.  Area search negative.

8:23 p.m.  Motor vehicle accident with injuries on Route 3 southbound south of exit 10.  One patient transported to Jordan Hospital.

8:50 p.m.  Motor vehicle accident with injuries on South Street.  One patient transported to Jordan Hospital.

Sunday Jan. 9

6:05 a.m.  Car struck pole on Partridge Brook Circle.  Verizon notified and vehicle towed.

9:31 a.m.  Caller reported fighting with parents.  Officer requested second officer to scene.

10:33 p.m.  Motor vehicle rollover on Tremont Street.  Marshfield ambulance to the scene for transport. 

Monday Jan. 10

9:49 a.m.  Neighbor dispute reported on Tremont Street.

4:57 p.m.  Caller reported kids playing on frog pond behind library.  Concerned for safety.  Gone on arrival.

Tuesday Jan. 11

3:43 a.m.  Unknown alarm sounding.  Fire Department reported medical alarm.  Ambulance transported patient to Jordan. Hospital.

2:06 p.m.  Missing black lab reported from Amos Sampson Lane.  Animal control notified.

2:12 p.m.  Officer reported speeding motor vehicle on back beach road without permit.

Wednesday Jan. 12

5:11 a.m.  Caller on Summer Street reported low hanging wire.  Verizon notified.

5:52 a.m.  Tree on wires on Lantern Lane.  NStar notified.

6:15 a.m.  Caller reported loud explosion and flash.  Power out.  Officer unable to find the problem.

6:35 a.m.  Electric wires down on Temple Street.  NStar notified.

7:10 a.m.  Tree on wires on Birch Street.  Tree Department and NStar notified.

7:29 a.m.  Tree on wires on Acorn Street.  Tree Department and NStar notified.

8:12 a.m.  Wires across  road on East Street.

8:15 a.m.  Tree on wires on School Street.  Verizon and NStar notified.

8:46 a.m.  Tree on primary wires on Tremont Street.  Road shut down until 10:25 a.m.  NStar notified.

8:57 a.m.  Wires in yard on Buckboard Road.  NStar enroute.

9:19 a.m.  Cable wires on cars in parking lot on Summer Street.

10:27 a.m.  Phone line down on Laurel Street.

10:28 a.m.  Trees and wires down on School Street.

10:31 a.m.  Car spun out, off road on Church Street.  Tiger towing notified.  Property damage reported.

10:32 a.m.  Tree in road on Jeremiah Drive.  Homeowner removed.

1:19 p.m.  Loud noise reported on Mayflower Street.  Possible transformer blew.  Power out.

1:56 p.m.  Motor vehicle accident reported on Kingstown Way.

4:01 p.m.  Caller reported building fire on Franklin Street.  Box struck.  Marshfield fire engine called.

4:50 p.m.  Caller reported snow mobiles riding on conservation land near Mayflower Street.  Unable to locate.  Spoke with homeowner.

7:09 p.m.  Low hanging cable wires on Taylor and Union Streets.

Thursday Jan. 13

4:24 a.m.  Tree limb in road on Lincoln Street.  DPW notified.

12:21 p.m.  Officer reports wire and barricade in road on East Street.  NStar notified.

12:51 p.m.  Motor vehicle accident on East Street.  Car hit pole.  One party transported to Jordan Hospital.

6:08 p.m.  Caller reported party having trouble breathing on Tremont Street.  Transported to Jordan Hospital.

7:11 p.m.  Caller reported unable to shut off stove starting to spark.  Problem with element inside.  Fire Department shut power off.

8:54 p.m.  Male from New York under arrest for violating a restraining order.
