Four days after "Nemo" hit the South Shore, many Duxbury residents are still in the dark and are not sure when power will be restored. 

NStar has been working to restore power to residents in Duxbury and Plympton, the hardest hit areas of the South Shore. Surrounding towns, including Kingston, Plymouth and Carver still have 20 percent of their residents without power.

At about 4 p.m., the number of affected residents dropped significantly 1137 cutsomers, about 17 percent. 

By 3 p.m.,t 1903 NStar customers were still without power in Duxbury, a total of 29 percent, down from 31 percent just an hour earlier. 

At around 2 p.m., the number of affected customers surged to 2043, 31 percent of resident customers. 

By 1 p.m., the percentage of affected customers dropped to 27 percent, with 1758 customers still experiencing power outages. 

By noon, 2194 customers were experiencing power outages, increasing the percentage of customers affected to 34 percent. 

At 11 a.m., 2165 NStar customers were still without power in Duxbury. Surrounding areas remain at about 20 percent of customers without power. 

As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, 33 percent of NStar customers in Duxbury were still without power. Of the 6523 NStar customers in Duxbury, 2174 are still affected by power outages. 

As of 9 a.m. on Tuesday, 33 percent of NStar customers in Duxbury were still without power, according to the NStar website.
